Ms. Johns
My name is Katie Johns, and I am a 5th grade teacher at Dunwoody Springs Elementary School. I was born in Oxford, Alabama and moved to Georgia at six years old. I grew up in Roswell, Georgia and I'm proud to say that I am a product of Fulton County Schools! I received both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Early Childhood Education from The University of West Georgia. This year marks my eleventh year as an educator. I have previously taught in both Carroll and Douglas counties, before returning home to Fulton.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with friends and family, playing with my puppy Brody, exercising, and watching Alabama football! Roll Tide! I am thrilled to embark on a new year at Dunwoody Springs, and look forward to a fun-filled journey in fifth grade! |

Ms. Sandoval
Welcome to Ms. Sandoval's 5th grade class! I am excited to be your teacher this year and I know we will accomplish great things.
This is my fifth year teaching, but it is my first year at Dunwoody Springs. I've previously taught 4th grade, 5th grade, and science lab. I love learning new things and giving others the opportunity to be the best they can be. |
